Agency Engagement

This is a one-to-one engagement where Q4i coaches work directly with you and your team, coaching and training around the complete Growth Platform.

Individual Engagement

This is a group engagement where Q4i coaches work with individual producers (or single-shop producers) in a small group environment, coaching and training around the core ideas of the Growth Platform including sales process, personal branding, and pipeline development.

Participants of both engagement levels are considered full members of the Q4iNetwork and have access to all the resources and networking described below.

  3. After the assessment, we review the results, prioritize your opportunities, and outline a plan of improvement.
  4. We return to you a Transformation Plan™, which will put you on the path to taking control of your business. It becomes the mutual guide we use for documenting and tracking your priorities and progress.

Sales Training & Coaching for Insurance Agencies
